Statement

I hereby confirm that all collection accounts managed under my registered account are held by individuals who have been duly and lawfully authorized by me to act as my agents in conducting trade activities related to my business on the relevant e-commerce platforms. All funds collected through the aforementioned collection accounts are solely for my benefit, and I am the actual and ultimate beneficial owner of such funds. I have lawfully obtained full and valid authorization from the holders of the aforementioned collection accounts to operate such accounts, including but not limited to the collection and withdrawal of funds and any other account-related operations.

I hereby further confirm and undertake that all trade and related business activities conducted by the aforementioned collection account holders upon my authorization are in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements. Any and all legal, compliance, and regulatory liabilities and consequences arising from such trade activities or related actions shall be borne solely by me and shall not be attributable to or imposed upon your company.

I further confirm and undertake that all funds involved in my use of the services provided by your company have been duly declared and all applicable tax and reporting obligations have been fully complied with in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the fulfillment of tax payment, declaration, and reporting obligations to the relevant tax authorities, customs authorities, and foreign exchange regulatory authorities. I acknowledge and agree that, should your company deem it necessary or appropriate for compliance or risk management purposes, I shall promptly cooperate and provide relevant tax payment certificates or reporting documentation upon request.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that I shall bear full responsibility for all legal consequences arising from the aforementioned authorization, delegated activities, and the fulfillment of tax or reporting obligations. In the event that your company suffers any loss, damage, claim, penalty, liability, or expense as a result of any act, omission, or misconduct by me or by any of the aforementioned collection account holders, I agree to fully indemnify and hold your company harmless against all such losses and liabilities.
